If you’re still using a drip machine you’ve probably been using it for years, rough! While this may be sufficient for getting you that morning kick, there is a cost effective solution that will turn that morning kick into a delightful morning brew.
Try a pour over! While the extraction method is very similar, drip machines tend to drop hot water only in the center of the half pound of coffee you’re forced to put in them. This means a majority of the coffee is under-extracted and the coffee you’re drinking has been extremely over-extracted. Over extracted = bitter, ditch the sugar and creamer and make yourself a pour over.
